Real Estate Sales office, created by two 4m high, 13m long mobile structures connected by a natural wood deck and pergola, divided by their functions. 
 
The brief for this sales and marketing complex, placed at the construction site of 8 residential buildings, was to create a pleasant visitors’ experience for potential buyers whilst simultaneously fit the functional requirement to provide office space facilities for meetings, storage and site documentation. 

I wanted to evoke a sense of tranquility in a busy construction site so I connected the two separate structures with a calm inviting outdoor space by installing a natural wood deck and a connecting pergola with plants that will climb up the structure and create an entertainment space in the void between. Once this project is completed, the sales offices will be transported to their next project.
